Michael is ‘a doer’ and if he says it is going to be done, it will, no matter what. It is this energy that he brings to the company that has become our ‘hallmark’. He is a Chartered Accountant who has developed a highly skilled team to grow the company to over 130 people.

Jimmy is a Fellow of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Ireland. A previous Accountancy Practice owner, he always enjoyed implementing processes to drive efficiency and profitability. He holds qualifications in Corporate Finance, Tax and Design. He’s sat on the Boards of South Dublin Chamber and CPA Ireland.

MBA and a Six Sigma professional, has 16+ years of experience having worked with Polaris Software, Chemech Labs and Accenture. He specialises in outsourcing business operations and has extensive know-how in managing, operating and transitioning projects.

MBA and Six Sigma qualified professional, is a result-driven outsourcing specialist. He has 15+ years of experience setting up various outsourcing projects and has worked with leading outsourcing providers such as HCL, vCustomer, and Sahara.

Holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a Qualified Financial Advisor. She has spent a lot of time in India hiring, training and working side by side with the various teams. Her wealth of knowledge has enabled Teams PLUS to provide a truly seamless client experience internationally.

Brian holds an Honours Degree in Microelectronics and Computing, he has over 25 years’ experience in IT Operations, Strategy and Management. He along with his team in both Ireland and India is responsible for the overall IT strategy for the company.

B.Tech and a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional having 12+ years of experience in IT. He is an IRCA certified ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor and results-driven professional with demonstrated strengths in strategic planning and project management.

Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad Alumni, Qualified Irish Tax Technician and a Semi Qualified Accountant, has been heading our tax operations over the past 7+ years and also looks after our Indian Solutions at Teams PLUS.

Sreeraj holds a Master's degree in Commerce and an MBA in Human Resource Management. He has 10+ years of experience in managing overall Payroll Services of our clients in Ireland and the UK. He also leads the Dedicated Account Manager Department at Teams PLUS who directly support the Contracting PLUS team in Ireland servicing about 4000 clients on an annual basis.

An MBA Finance graduate with 11+ years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. Shijina leads the teams preparing accounts for Personal Limited Companies in UK and Ireland.

Pursued graduation in Biotechnology and PGDM focused on Human Resource & Media Management. Good Exposure in people management, HR Policies & Programs, Recruitment and onboarding, Employee welfare and engagement, negotiation and retention, etc.

Bijumon holds a Bachelor in Physics, Masters in Computer Application and is Cisco Certified Network Associate. With more than 16 years of experience in IT, Project Management and Database Management experience he is perfectly qualified to head up the Database Team in Teams PLUS.

Graduate in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance projects. Sachin has worked for several companies and clients spread across multiple domains, helping with their QA activities. He leads the Quality Assurance Team in Teams PLUS.

Holds an MBA in Human Resource Management with 16+ years of experience in Data Conversion, Data Research and Project Management with excellent People Management and Leadership Skills. He He heads up our Data Research and Digital Marketing Teams at Teams PLUS.

Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and MBA Finance graduate with 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. Prajith supports our Group Financial Controller in Ireland and leads the Finance Team at Teams PLUS in India.
