You will be presented with the most qualified candidates for interview. You meet and interview the shortlisted candidates and you choose who is hired to join your existing local team. All of the shortlisted candidates are highly skilled and experienced with excellent communication skills and have experience with software’s and processes commonly used, so they’ll be ready to start making a difference right away.

4. Seamless Integration

Once you’ve chosen the right person, we’re here to help them transition smoothly into your team. We work with you to onboard and integrate your extended team member into your local team.
