The Tree-Nation team is a group of individuals from diverse countries and backgrounds united by a shared passion for the planet. Founded in 2006 to combat deforestation and climate change, restoring forests protecting biodiversity and connecting people to a sustainable future. Over the years, they’ve grown into a multicultural community of dedicated professionals working towards a collective goal to stop climate change. The mission is to plant 1 trillion trees by 2050.
We joined with Tree-Nation in 2024 and have planted 3000 plus trees to date across the globe particularly in areas that have contributed least to climate change but are suffering most because of climate change.
Tree-Nation is not just about planting trees: it’s about community innovation, resilience and building a global network of people who care deeply about the future of our planet.
There is no solving climate change without solving deforestation. Together, we are reforesting the world, one tree at a time.
Our office in Mahe, India, now runs entirely on solar power following the installation of a 30KW on-grid solar system. This reduces our reliance on fossil fuels, lowers emissions, and allows us to generate more electricity than we use. The surplus power is fed back into the local grid, supporting the wider community. It’s a practical step towards sustainability and a clear example of how clean energy can benefit both people and the planet.
To mark World Environment Day, we give tree saplings to our team as a small but meaningful way to support greener living. It’s a simple initiative that encourages environmental awareness and personal responsibility, while reinforcing our ongoing commitment to sustainability. To keep the success of this green initiative going, we also run a friendly competition to track growth and add in a bit of fun.
Sustainability is a team effort and our colleagues in India are proving just that. Through a voluntary car-sharing programme, our team members reduce their daily carbon footprint while making the daily commute more social and efficient. This simple but effective initiative lowers fuel use, eases traffic congestion, and develops a stronger sense of community among colleagues. It’s everyday actions like this that demonstrate how sustainability starts with small choices being made consistently.
Real change starts with understanding and transparency. That’s why we’ve begun tracking our carbon footprint and setting clear, data-driven reduction goals. By identifying where our biggest impacts lie, we’re able to focus our efforts and introduce initiatives that directly contribute to lowering our emissions. From operational improvements to behavioural changes, every decision we make is informed by this insight, helping us stay on course and accountable in our journey toward a more sustainable future.
In the spirit of giving and sustainability, we held a Toy Drive in our Ireland offices during the Christmas season, encouraging our teams to donate high-quality pre-loved or new toys. These gifts were delivered to children in a local migrant centre, helping us reduce waste and extend the life of valuable items while bringing joy to families in need. It’s a small but meaningful way we combine care for people and the planet.
Whether you are making plans for your future growth ambitions or looking to drive efficiencies right now, we can help. Our team based in Cork and Dublin are available to meet with you and discuss your requirements.
